I felt mentally exhausted by the time I sat to work after following the “5 a.m. morning routine”

I was always out of time to do the real stuff because I was so focused on replicating billionaire’s daily routine

And most importantly, I was constantly overworked, irritated, and sometimes angry for no reason. There was constant mental sogginess that didn’t go even after sleeping for hours.

In short, I had no peace in my heart.
